Dear Senior Families,
 Our first mandatory Senior Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 8th at 9:00am. This meeting will cover all aspects of the end of the year, including graduation, senior finals, scholarships, and Grad Night/Sober Grad. Here is some information for you and your senior:

• REPORT TO CLASS – Students should report to class at the start of the day and will be excused from class to go to the large gym at 8:55am. The meeting is scheduled to last until lunch. 
• CART/CCAP STUDENTS - AM CART students should report to the Large Gym at 9:00am. If they are a PM CART student, they will be released early from the meeting, by 12pm, to pick up their announcements, sign up for Grad Night, get lunch and catch the bus. CART is aware that students will be at Clovis North in the A.M. for this meeting rather than at CART. CCAP students must notify their college professor that their attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
• DRESS CODE – Students must be in dress code from head to toe. Particular points of emphasis are ripped jeans, crop tops short shorts, slides/flip flops, and nose rings. District dress code does not permit nose rings unless a District approved waiver is on file. They will not be allowed to enter the Senior Meeting if out of dress code. 
• SCHOOL ID – To enter the gym, students must have their Minga ID opened to show a staff member. 
• GRADUATE SERVICES – Students will receive their graduation announcements, and items ordered from Grad Services. The items delivered on this day will NOT include their cap & gown, as those will be delivered to our site at the end of May.
